For users of Linux with the GNOME desktop environment, certainly never felt the least access to the main menu of GNOME, especially if the menu is accessed for the first time. Access menu that is caused by the GNOME slow conducting "caching" icons of each menu item there.
To overcome this, run the following command via terminal:
gtk-update-icon-cache-f / usr / share / icons / [NAMA_THEME] /
Replace "[NAMA_THEME]" with the name of the theme you're using. If you feel you do not ever change the theme, the theme defaults to "gnome". Here are examples of its use:
gtk-update-icon-cache-f / usr / share / icons / gnome /
Now you can feel the changes ..
